Pegasus Water Systems, division of Action Manufacturing & Supply, Inc. guarantees to the original owner, with proof of purchase, at the original location, that:

For the lifetime of the original owner at the original location, the fiberglass mineral tank will not rust, corrode, leak, burst, or in any other manner fail to perform its proper
function.

The media (carbon) is expressly excluded from this warranty but is covered as all other parts for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the original installation and to be installed to meet manufacturers specifications.

Note: Contact your Pegasus water systems dealer when it is time to renew the filter media.
